We have 3 new classes on the schedule to try! 5:30am Spin (45 minutes) and 5:00pm Base Camp (an introduction to strength training class), and 6:30pm RIP!!

Spin is a high energy, calorie blasting workout to great music! Base Camp is for anyone who is new to or coming back to strength training! Both are suitable for all fitness levels!

RIP is our most popular functional strength class we offer - and it combines the use of body weight, weights, plyo exercises, and more!
