One thing I want people to understand:

I don’t “fix” anyone.

Chiropractic care is not a magic switch. It’s not physical therapy, personal training, yoga instruction, nutrition coaching, and life management wrapped into one appointment.

What I do is support the nervous system.

The nervous system regulates everything: inflammation, tension patterns, healing capacity, stress response, adaptability.

When we adjust the spine, we are influencing communication within the body. From there, each person shifts as their body allows.

Some bodies unwind quickly.
Some need time.
Some are carrying layers of stress, inflammation, or long-standing patterns.

Healing is not me doing something to you.
It’s your body reorganizing when it finally has the capacity.

My role is to create the conditions.
