The Role: Practice Flow Manager
We're looking for a naturally joyful, self-directed team member who can work independently and create exceptional patient experiences. You'll manage our CLA scanning technology, handle patient flow during our busiest times, and support our community outreach efforts.
This is NOT a typical front desk job - you'll be operating advanced scanning equipment, managing patient communications, and helping create smooth clinic operations during peak hours.

Your Schedule
• Monday: 2:15pm-6:15pm (4 hours)
• Wednesday: 8:15am-6:15pm with 2-hour lunch break (8 hours)
• Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm (4 hours)
Total: 16 hours per week
Growth opportunity: Open to additional hours as practice expands

Core Responsibilities
Technology & Patient Flow
• Operate CLA Scanner - run patient scans, maintain equipment
• Manage Patient Flow - front desk coverage during peak times
• Patient Communication - phones, scheduling, email/text follow-ups
• Patient Tours - facility orientation for new families
Marketing & Community
• Social Media Management - posts, engagement, community connection
• Business Outreach - represent practice at community events
• Referral Programs - thank you cards, patient celebration
Daily Operations
• Supply Management - inventory, re-ordering
• Clinic Maintenance - keeping areas clean and organized
• Patient Education Support - follow-up communications

Who We're Looking For

• Restaurant/customer service management experience (2+ years)
• Lives within 10 minutes of Vadnais Heights
• Tech-comfortable - learning new equipment doesn't intimidate you
• Available consistently for our specific schedule

Junior Associate Chiropractor (Part-Time) – Neurologically-Focused Care

About Us
Olive Me Chiropractic is a high-energy, neuro-based family practice helping kids, moms, and athletes heal from trauma, anxiety, and physical stress. Known for heart-led care, a calm and fun team environment, and chiropractic precision, our clinic delivers transformational results.
We are a faith-based, family-oriented team seeking a part-time Junior Associate Chiropractor to serve patients of all ages, with potential to develop specialty focus areas. Dr. Zgia is looking for someone who can grow with our practice and potentially take over care for our younger patients (under 5) in the future.

Position Overview
Schedule: Part-Time, 2+ shifts per week Example: (Tue morn/Thurs afternoon)

Focus: All-ages care with emphasis on developing expertise in:
Pediatric care (especially infant and early childhood)
Women's health (maternal care through menopause)
Athletic performance and recovery
Start Date: Flexible
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about neurologically-focused chiropractic and wants to help patients through various life stages, from early development to maternal wellness, menopause, and athletic performance.

💵 Compensation
Base Salary (Prorated for Part-Time):
Competitive-
Monthly bonus based on chiropractic production
Comprehensive training in our unique tonal and neuro-based protocols

🔍 Primary Duties
Patient Care
Deliver neurologically-focused tonal and/or diversified adjustments
Use INSiGHT Scanning tech to assess dysautonomia and nervous system function
Manage subluxation patterns, proprioceptive deficits, and nervous system imbalance
Perform Day 1/Day 2 consults and create individualized care plans
Provide ongoing care, including re-exams, wellness care, and reactivation
Work with patients of all ages, with emphasis on developing expertise with infants and children
Case Management
Address conditions like sensory processing issues, ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety, developmental delays
Support women's health through all stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause
Develop protocols for athletic performance and recovery
Track progress using objective tools such as HRV, thermography, EMG
Support families in understanding the root cause of dysfunction—not just symptoms
Documentation & Admin
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Handle documentation and billing with clarity and compliance
Collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate
Marketing & Growth
Participate actively in social media content creation and management
Contribute to in-office marketing initiatives
Participate in local networking to generate referrals and community presence
Contribute to education efforts that promote neurologically-focused care
Training & Development
Participate in continuing education and in-house training
Learn and practice Neuro-Tonal analysis and adjusting
Deepen understanding of subluxation, vagus nerve function, pediatric neurology, and women's health

Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (or graduating soon)
Passionate about whole-family care with interest in developing specialty expertise
