The Science of Sound 💧
Did you know that sound travels 4x faster through water than air?
That means this afternoon, the healing vibrations reached the nervous system at a deeper, more visceral level. and joined forces at the beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon for a truly transformative floating sound bath.
Presented by .heart.alchemy, this session was all about the somatic reset. By combining weightlessness with intentional frequency, we created a space for deep nervous system regulation, using sound as a bridge to move stuck energy and soothe the vagus nerve.
There is nothing quite like the stillness found on the water. Thank you to everyone who joined us to drift and heal. ✨🐚
