Good morning it's a little chilly out this morning but it is in the 60s so I'll take it.

I will have openings Monday Tuesday morning and Friday this coming week. Also would have some availability Thursday starting at 3:30 4:00

Went on a ride for some wind therapy... Been drank a bottle of water, a bottle of hydration Iv, and a Gatorade. Headache...

Went on a ride for some wind therapy... Been drank a bottle of water, a bottle of hydration Iv, and a Gatorade. Headache is still lingering.... Trigger points have helped some, hopefully my chiropractor appointment will take care of the rest.

First bad headache in a really long time... Must be the front coming in...
