Andy sat on her exercise ball for the first time today and I just know it was a whole new sensation for her! For sure I know she was happy to be out of her wheelchair! 🦽🧍🏽‍♀️ 💪

Most evenings we are out on a stroll. 🚶

We didn’t do any walking last week because of the eeg and having to stay close to the computer. Now we’re done with the eeg and have to get adjusted to this time change! We’re always trying to keep a good rhythm 💪

It’s a little cold but just right for an evening walk.
