I received a BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2012 and a MSW from Valdosta State University in 2014. I have had the pleasure of working with adolescents, adults, couples and families for over 9 years. I have gained experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief/loss, family/relationship concerns, LGBTQI+ concerns, self-esteem concerns, substance use, and work/life balance concerns. A bit about my approach to therapy--
The ideal client would be someone who has the capacity to work toward their goals and is ready and willing to make changes. My ideal client is looking for solutions-focused therapy to address their immediate needs and goals. What you can expect from our first session--
My hope is to meet each client where they are and offer a supportive and open environment, free of judgment/criticism. There is no problem too big or small for us to work on. Your wellbeing will always be my priority and I will, figuratively, stand beside you throughout your journey. I am excited to work with you on your goals and look forward speaking soon. I am accepting new in-person and virtual clients in Georgia! I accept insurance, EAP and private-pay.
