Cassie Punchard originally joined Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants in 2020 and recently rejoined our Lakeland location as an RBT Student Analyst. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of West Georgia and is working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ). Prior to joining Compass in 2026, Cassie worked as a Special Education Teacher with the Ware County School System, where she supported students with diverse learning and behavioral needs while gaining fieldwork experience toward BCBA certification. Her passion for helping individuals with disabilities and their families makes her a valued member of the Compass team.
