We want to take a moment to thank all of our patients for your patience as we continue to transition into our new pharmacy software. We know that longer wait times have been frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding as our team works hard to get everything running smoothly.
⏳ To help minimize delays, we kindly ask that you send in your refill requests when you have about one week of medication left. This gives us time to process and prepare your prescriptions so that they’re ready for you when you arrive.
📱 We’re also excited to share that we now have a new app that will make communicating with us easier than ever! With the app, you can:
- Text directly with our pharmacy team
- Request refills quickly
- Set medication reminders
- Access patient education videos and resources about your prescriptions
- Show your full medication list at doctor’s appointments
- Manage medications for your family members all in one profile
