PHC was proud to be out in the community at the Valdosta City Schools Resource Fair last weekend! Executive Director David Crawford enjoyed the opportunity to meet families, answer questions, and spread the word about the care and services available at Partnership Health Center.

After 11 years of service to Lowndes County, Partnership Health Center is closing the Partnership Dental Clinic.
Founded in 2015 by the late Dr. William Broadfoot, and Dr. Joe Kirbo, this program has been a powerful example of what compassionate, community-driven care can achieve, thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and the incredible leadership of Dental Director Sheila Bruhl. We are especially grateful to our patients for trusting us with their smiles.
This decision was not made lightly. With limited volunteer capacity and a growing multi-year waitlist, we’ve reached a point where we can no longer meet the dental needs of our patients. To best serve our community, we are shifting our focus toward expanding access to primary and preventive medical care.
We are deeply grateful to every dentist, hygienist, assistant, and supporter who made this work possible. You’ve helped change lives, one smile at a time.
While this chapter is closing, our commitment to dental care is not. We are encouraged by ongoing conversations and collaborative efforts with the Lowndes County Board of Health surrounding future solutions for dental access in our region, with hope for a new program opportunity coming Autumn 2027.

Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation has been doing eye exams at our Woodrow Wilson office the last couple of days. After Hurricane Helene, our office at 205 Woodrow Wilson had to close temporarily. We are back in the 205 building and are so excited to have Lions Lighthouse Foundation visiting us again!
