Partnership Health Center is a charitable clinic that provides primary and urgent care for uninsured Saturday and Sunday 1:00 - 5:00.
The Partnership for Health had its beginnings in October 1996 when a small group of local business and health care leaders met to discuss organizing a local partnership that would address the changing health care needs of Lowndes County. As a result, this group developed into a non-profit corporation originally named the Lowndes County Partnership for Health, which was changed to Partnership Health Center in 2018 due to expanding nature of its program service area to surrounding counties. Since its inception the Partnership Health Center has sought to create community partnerships that address the health care needs of Lowndes County and the surrounding area. Its mission is to deliver medical and dental care to South Georgia's uninsured. The Partnership Health Center is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Friendly reminder from your neighborhood healthcare team, walking is one of the easiest ways to support both your physical and mental health. Even better? Bring a friend along! Time outdoors together can help reduce stress and improve your mood.
Try to fit in a walk this week, because you deserve to feel your best.
