A Work In Progress, LLC focus is on various types of counseling services involving children/ women/ men’s issues, relationships and parenting topics/issues. Parenting topics such as: single parent families; blended families and blended family issues; communication; problem-solving; and goal setting. Demetria also likes to host Vision Board Parties to help bring your goals and visions to fruition!!!! A Work In Progress, LLC also does Anger Management Classes (Individual & Groups) and Marriage Counseling (Pre-Marital Counseling & Marital Enrichment).

Wednesday Wisdom: Life is a series of events and environments, those we have little to no control over in childhood (0-18) but once you become an adult you have the capacity to make decisions that can/will impact you for the better. Most people weren't born with the silver spoon lifestyle but they made the decision to build it for themselves and their children. We can stay stuck or we can thrive, the choice is yours. Do the work, whatever the work looks like and consist of (education, medicarion, therapy, support system, etc). Ask for help if you need it (from authentic and trusted individuals) and offer a helping hand when you do. However, you aren't meant to save the world, just those assigned to you (including yourself). Make it a great day 💕
