🦷 5 Tips Every Parent Should Know for a Healthy Smile — with Dr. Padi! 💛

1️⃣ Make brushing a vibe!
Turn on a favorite song, set a 2-minute timer, and brush together! 🎶✨

2️⃣ Don’t skip the floss.
If those little teeth touch, it’s time to floss! Baby teeth matter — most kids keep some baby teeth until age 11–12. 💪

3️⃣ Watch out for “healthy” snacks.
Gummies, raisins, and crackers stick like glue (even the organic ones!). Save them for mealtime & limit snacking frequency. 🍇🥨

4️⃣ Water wins every time.
Juice all day or milk after brushing = cavity trouble. Stick with H₂O for happy teeth! 💧

5️⃣ Start early, stay consistent.
