Our Kaehny family wants to thank all of our family and friends and update you that our Bronson’s open heart surgery today to repair a congenital heart issue has been successful.
We appreciate all your love and prayers.
5+ hours later, he’s doing very well and in ICU.
Bronson and his Mama need some time to heal and rest, it’s been a long road and they are exhausted so please give them some space .
We are so grateful for all of your love and prayers. ♥️
We will keep updating as it goes!

This is 15, celebrating at Nationals in Dallas, new chapter including cutting and bleaching his hair along with his team= traditions don’tcha know! 👀🥳

He’s wanted to be a goalie since he was two and now with hard work that dream is being lived out loud ♥️ with the best hockey fam the CA Bears🐻

Happy 1st day of Spring 💛🌞 a reminder that the little things are the joy. Getting outside grounds me, reminds me that there is still so much beauty and goodness in this world if we stay open to it. Nature always brings me back to gratitude and away from the soul sucking insanity that is our government today.

Woohoo Happy Anniversary to my forever Valentine Mike♥️my best buddy, boyfriend and love who keeps me smiling, laughing and grateful always.
38 years married today and 40 together as of last weekend but who’s counting?
Through all the REALLY tough times and most importantly the REALLY amazing times we stand strong looking to the future and all the adventures ahead, wow what a fun ride it’s been so far!

If you keep your heart & mind grateful and open to the beauty and possibilities that surround you, you’ll find it every time. Step outside and take a deep breath, listen to the birds, feel the gratitude?
There’s really nothing more I can say... maybe you’re like me who’ve walked through hell and still get back up, shake it off and keep moving forward, I see and feel you. (Sometimes battered, bruised & slowly) just get up, because the option NOT to has too great a price.
Know it gets better, it took time BUT I do wake up knowing everyday that I’m here to make a difference in this beautiful world, not sure what it’s gonna look like but here I AM!

Are you a quinoa fan? I love it’s nutrients, flavor and versatility! I make it the same as rice, then refrigerate it.
This is one of my faves, sautéed mushrooms and spinach along with black eyed peas and green peas and quinoa, topped with chopped walnuts, a tasty protein packed meal!
