Right now countless people are frantic to start their new resolution.

The fact of the matter is most of these plans fail. They make all of these goals to “eat better and hit the gym” only to sign up for an entire year, pay the astronomical personal trainer package, and go for a month or less.

Goals are wonderful but only consistency matters.

Here’s a few words of wisdom:

1. Make a structure that you can stick to twice a week, five times a week, ect.
…
2. Don’t go so aggressive right out the gate that you’re at risk for injury of so sore that you’re miserable.
…
3. Make it part of your lifestyle verses having to go.
…
4. Stop making excuses. A 30 min session is better than skipping .
…
5. If you need one, get an accountability partner or at least somebody who feels you they haven’t seen you for a while.
…
6. If you decide it’s not for so, at least cancel your subscription so you’re not paying for something you’re not using.
