We’re excited to share that Elise Weichbrodt, FNP-C and Kezia Jusayan, FNP-C are now accepting primary care patients in our office!

We continue to accept most major PPO plans. Please note: Aetna is accepted for urgent care only (not primary care), and we are currently accepting HMO plans through Heritage Sierra Medical Group. At this time, we do not accept Medi-Cal.

Updated office hours:
Monday through Thursday : 8am - 8pm with a lunch from 12pm - 130pm. Friday: 8am - 7pm with a lunch from 12pm - 130pm. Saturday: 9am - 3pm. Sunday: Closed
We take our last patient back 30 minutes before lunch and closing.

Happy Wednesday! Here is some clarification on what changes are happening in our office.
Valencia Medical Care is staying open and will still be under Dr Yi's management. This location is transitioning to Urgent Care. Dr Yi's second location will be off of Tourney Road and will be opening in March for Primary Care. His office will be following a "fee based" model. Beginning January 1st, 2023, we will be transitioning from a Primary Care Facility to an Urgent Care only facility. The Urgent Care will stay in our current location but Dr Yi will be starting a Concierge Office in another location near us.
