Every day we have a choice as to how we approach the world around us. In physical therapy you also have a choice. Don’t forget if you receive a referral or prescription for physical therapy services no matter what provider or doctor you can choose who you want to see for physical therapy. “No Pain, No Gain” does not always apply to every diagnosis. There are a few diagnoses where this saying holds true, such as when working on range of motion after a knee replacement or if you have a frozen shoulder. Here at Valentine Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab treatments and exercises are relatively pain free. When treating most disorders, we want to stay away from certain movements or activities that may aggravate the condition or increase inflammation compounding the initial injury. Help us beat the stereotype of no pain no gain!

Meet Lanell Graham who owns and operates Valentine Physical Therapy. Lanell has been serving the Valentine Community’s physical therapy needs for over 3 years. Lanell completed her graduate studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Lanell is married to Zeb Graham and they have one son, Dalton. Now you can put a face to the name!
