Last week, members of the Corporate Communications team traveled to Valhalla, NY HQ for an unforgettable Communications Summit!

From dynamic breakout sessions that sparked ✨thoughtful discussions and challenged teams to think critically and play to their strengths to inspiring presentations 🎤 by special guest Jerry Doyle, managing director of @[urn:li:organization:46335:Yes& CommCore], and an employee-led 🔥fireside chat with Fujifilm's CFO, Takashi Watanabe, could be found in every conversation and every connection.

A standout moment? The crew gathering together to support the team at @[urn:li:organization:2229818:Feeding Westchester] 🤝 by sorting and boxing up groceries for communities in need across Westchester County.

We're pleased to announce the appointment of Brian O'Donnelly as Corporate Vice President of FUJIFILM Corporation. Brian will continue his roles as President & CEO of FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc., Senior Deputy General Manager of the Electronic Materials Business Division, and Global Vice President of FUJIFILM Electronic Materials.

With over 40 years of experience in the Chemical and Semiconductor Materials industries, Brian has played a pivotal role in driving growth through new product innovations, customer and portfolio expansions, and strategic acquisitions.

Open conversations. Shared challenges. Real progress.

Last month, our compliance teams across several Fujifilm healthcare subsidiaries came together in Washington, D.C. for a first-of-its-kind roundtable workshop.

With no slides and no formal presentations, the two-day event created a safe, collaborative space for compliance leaders from @[urn:li:organization:6215:FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation], @[urn:li:organization:301071:FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc], @[urn:li:organization:29559:FUJIFILM Biosciences], @[urn:li:organization:11200:FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation], @[urn:li:organization:15022:FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc.] and @[urn:li:organization:2248203:FUJIFILM Biotechnologies] to openly discuss current challenges, share best practices, and shape the future of our Health Care Code of Conduct.

This format allowed for deeper connection, more candid dialogue, and practical outcomes. The team left with a clear list of actionable next steps to better support our subsidiaries and strengthen our overall compliance program.

A meaningful bonus? A guided tour of the Capitol, Supreme Court, and White House which served as an important reminder that our work in healthcare compliance is rooted in the policies shaped within those very institutions.
