Daylight savings time is this Sunday, make sure you are getting your sleep. What are your best tips for sleep?

🟪The switch to and from daylight saving time alters your normal pattern of daylight exposure. This change can throw off your body’s circadian rhythm, the internal clock that helps control sleep and many other biological processes.

🟪A lack of sleep caused by the time change can affect thinking, decision-making, and productivity.

🟪Developing a plan to cope with the time change can reduce its impact on your sleep and overall wellness.
• Try going to bed 15-30min early each day this week
• Use relaxation techniques to encourage deeper sleep
• Prioritize daylight exposure
• Take naps if you need to – keep them under 30minutes.
