Boost your mental and physical health with plant food. This salad’s persimmons had me chanting slow down to thoroughly enjoy every little morsel. Depending more and more on greens, seeds, bits of smoked salmon, and grains like quinoa, allows me to provide just enough protein for good energy and positive attitude. Remembering how a small amount of protein fed my family of 8, growing up in Poland in 50’s and 60’s. Back then it was due to scarcity of resources. Now, it is due to commitment to ultimate health, and doing my part of not harming the planet. Eat responsibly. Please!
