Friends of family of Valley Center Chiropractic, we are saddened to let you know of the passing of our dear friend Jeff Heilman. Jeff was the father to our office manager, Rachel. Jeff always provided laughs and smiles in our clinic and he will be very dearly missed. Our hearts and prayers go out to Rachel's immediate and extended family, including the Stratton's and Heilman's, and her mother Kay.
