Sometimes being a small business owner just isn't much fun...

Over the last several years I have been very lenient with short notice cancellations; I understand that life sometimes happens.

Unfortunately, due to this leniency it has become glaringly obvious that it has become easy for some to take advantage of my kindness in regard to the matter. Moving forward my cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the service. In addition, please do not try and fill the spot yourself by sending someone else in your place without approving it through my office first. There is always going to be things that come up where this policy will not be appropriate, those can be addressed when necessary.

Valley City has a high demand for massage therapy and there is no reason for me, or any other therapist for the matter, to have open bookings. In addition to that high demand, Valley City recently lost a very busy massage office due to a relocation. This has created an even higher demand for those seeking our services. I am doing my best to absorb new clientele while still serving my already very full schedule. Availability is at a premium and space is very limited.
