Join Dawn on Friday mornings at 5:45 in Fitness Room #2 beginning September 9th.

This will be a 30 min weight lifting class, all fitness levels welcome.

We are excited to offer you pop-up classes on Saturday mornings throughout the summer! 🚴‍♂️🏋‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Dawn will be teaching a variety of classes including:

Spin Express- 30 min spin class

HIIT Express- 30 min High Intensity Interval Training (does not have a lot of crazy jumping, simply short bursts of body weight movements to elevate the heart rate)

Revolution- 45 min class focusing on strength training with minimal bursts of HIIT

💥All fitness levels welcome, modifications are offered

💥Watch the summer calender and come get strong with us! 💪
