This Tiramisu Layer Cake made with rice cakes, Dandy Blend, and Greek yogurt gives a healthful twist on the classic Italian dessert. It’s the perfect little treat!

Recipe here 

Ingredients:
• 3 plain rice cakes
• 100g Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp Dandy Blend (or to taste)
• 100 ml hot water (to dissolve Dandy Blend)
• Unsweetened cocoa powder, to dust

Instructions:
1️. Make your “coffee” – Dissolve Dandy Blend in 100 ml hot water. Let cool slightly.
2️. Sweeten the cream – Mix Greek yogurt with maple syrup until smooth.
3️. Soften the base – Briefly dip each rice cake into the Dandy Blend to soften (don’t soak).
4️. Layer – Spread a layer of yogurt between each dipped rice cake together with cocoa.
5️. Finish – Dust the top with cocoa powder (or even some powdered Dandy Blend) and chill 10–15 minutes before serving.
