Exercise list:
1. Magic Carpet (Dip hold), hold 20 secs, x5 reps
2. Little Mermaid (Obliques stretch), hold 10 secs, x5 reps each side
3. Tricep Desk Dips, x20 reps
4. Desk Push Ups, x20 reps
5. Carpal Tunnel Reliever, hold 15 secs, repeat throughout day
6. Wooden Leg (Leg lifts), hold 2 secs, x15 reps each leg
7. Invisible Chair Sit (Squats), x20 reps
8. Sitting Spinal Stretch (Back stretch), hold 10 seconds each side
