Breathwork in the San Fernando Valley My name is Abbe Kanter Jaye. I'm a breathwork facilitator healer, trained by David Elliott. Welcome to the Breathwork in the San Fernando Valley page.

It is my pleasure to teach this profoundly healing, soothing and heart opening meditation practice, as taught by noted healer, David Elliott. I work with individuals one-on-one, to clear stagnant energies we all carry, stuck feelings and resistance, and behaviors that have us 'playing small' in our lives. I also facilitate monthly Breath Circles, a guided group meditation using a pranayama-based b

reathing. This transformative breath work will lead you back to your true nature -- one of self-surrender, self-acceptance and self-love -- minus the governors and gunk we've all picked up as we roll through our lives. Do you have a place to meditate that is completely quiet? If peripheral noise seeps through, try an air purifier or white noise machine to mask it. Just focus on the hum, let go of thoughts, and feel your cork float.

I'm sharing a quote from my friend, seer, and teacher at The Clear and Simple Way, Indira Parsons.

I think it is a good perspective for those of us learning to 'stay in our own lane.'
We want to share our spiritual insights and growth with loved ones...but so often, they don't have ears to hear it, as they are listening to the directions of their own Inner Being.

That is not only okay, but as it should be.
And takes us 'off the hook' of responsibility to 'bringing people along.'
Often this urge means we are afraid to move forward, afraid of being 'alone in our enlightenment,' and want to make sure our loved ones stay close.
Trust the love you are expanding includes them, no matter what stage of consciousness they are in.
