Let’s talk about something many of us deal with in our everyday lives.Upper trapezius tightness is one of the most common causes of neck and shoulder discomfort—especially if you spend long hours at a desk or looking down at your phone. This simple stretch showing in the video targets the upper traps and helps relieve tension, improve posture, and increase neck mobility. To perform: Sit upright, gently hold the side of your head, and tilt it toward your shoulder without lifting the opposite one. Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. Remember to breathe deeply and avoid any jerky movements. Try it out and let us know whether it helped or not.
