At this point you don't need more advice on what you feel or what to do about it.

You need more space for your nervous system to actually be able to receive it and put it into practice.

That's the thing nobody tells you about anxiety, burnout, and trauma. It's not that you don't know what to do (we believe you have the answers to heal). But, your body is stuck in a state where doing that healing feels impossible, but it really is, we just need you to trust that again, (stop over consuming all this information) and put it to work.

Therapy is about the tools to create that space for the impossible AND the accountability so you can follow through.

"Fine" is answering every email within the hour.
Showing up early. Never missing a deadline.
Saying yes when you meant no.

Fine is also: crying in the car and collecting yourself before you walk in. Having quiet panic attacks at your desk. Sleeping 7 hours and waking up exhausted. Laughing with your friends and feeling completely alone at the same time.

You're not falling apart. You've gotten very good at managing.
But managing and healed are two different things.
And your body knows and is telling on you even when you don't say it out loud.
