Services

National Recalls provides administrative patient services with a focus on increasing revenue and improving office productivity. We are able to tailor our services to fit your practice’s specific needs.


-Patient Recalls-

Allow us to implement our unique recall system and call your patients a month (or more) before they are due for their annual visit to schedule their appointments. By doing this, your staff will be free to devote their full attention to the patients in front of them. When done efficiently, recalls will provide a denser schedule, generate revenue, and strengthen patient/doctor relationships.

-Insurance Verification-

We will verify each patient’s insurance during the recall and confirmation process and provide all the pertinent information, freeing up hours of time allowing your staff to focus on in office duties. In addition, as we verify insurance, we will be checking to see who else in the family is eligible for an exam, materials, etc.

-Daily Confirmation Calls-

We will call each of your patients the 24 to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to remind them of their appointment time. This eliminates the risk of no shows and reduces the need to enforce cancellation charges against the patient.

-Incoming Call Relief-

Going to lunch? Office meeting? Don’t send your patients to voicemail. Forward your incoming calls to us for as long as you need and your quality customer service will never skip a beat. We will gladly provide you with your own personal line and answer your incoming calls in any manner you would like
