Renee began her relationship with meditation and yoga as a young adult. Her journey since has taken her from Michigan to Colorado and British Columbia before landing in NW Indiana to raise her children. She has utilized her degree in Applied Sciences in veterinary medicine as a nurse in a busy emergency hospital for the past 20+ years.

Renee completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Dancing Feet Yoga in 2022. Additionally she is certified in Sound and Vibration Therapy, and is a Reiki Master Teacher.

She currently shares her home and gardens with her rescue dogs while watching the stars.

What excites Renee the most about her practice is sharing the peace of asana practice and the transformation of meditation with others.
