This breakfast tastes like DESSERT!

The best part is that it’s brain healthy 💜🧠

Here’s the recipe

For the Chia Pudding:
1 (13.5 oz.) can full-fat coconut milk (such as Thrive Market)
⅓ cup chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract (such as Simply Organic)
1 Tbsp. organic maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

For the Raspberry Sauce:
1 (10 oz.) bag organic frozen raspberries
Splash of water
1 tsp. vanilla extract (such as Simply Organic)
1 Tbsp. organic maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
2 Tbsp. chia seeds

Assemble in 5 different small, glass containers. Place even amounts of chia mixture between the 5 cups. Add granola (optional) and top with raspberry sauce. ENJOY ☺️💜🧠

Chia seeds & raspberry are GREAT for your brain health!

Save this for a busy morning when you have the urge to eat something healthier than cereal 🥣

PROGRESS MATTERS 💪👏

Because it all adds 🆙

One of my 2026 goals is to have a 5 minute brain break every day.

❌ I’m not taking week-long vacation
❌ I’m not hiring a household assistant to do all my laundry
❌ I’m not removing all stress from my life
❌ I’m not taking nightly baths
❌ I’m not getting my nails done every other week

Literally 5️⃣ minutes a day. That’s where I’m starting.

What’s a seemingly “small” way you like to relax?

🤪 What “free time” are we talking about here?

You don’t have any free time after going to Drs appointments, providing cognitively stimulating activities, taking care of your own health, providing medications, returning phone calls, paying bills, doing the laundry and cooking 🤯

If you did have free time, how would you spend it!?

I truly don’t care what you tell me after a workout no matter how I look, especially because I know the brain benefits 💜🧠

🧠 It decreases stress
🧠 It makes the memory part of the brain larger

😳 What’s really scary is that the vast majority of people live in fear thinking dementia is just a sign of aging.

As someone who receives dementia/ mild cognitive impairment referrals WEEKLY, I’m here to tell you this just isn’t true.

💜🧠 Almost HALF of dementia cases are preventable.

IT IS AMAZING 🤩

➡️ That might mean going for a week without a Diet Coke.
➡️ Maybe it’s choosing a salad instead of a burger.
➡️ Did you say “No” to another alcoholic beverage yesterday!?
➡️ WAIT you actually DID NOT go through the drive thru even though Chick-fil-a was offering free sandwiches!?

🪜 These steps are significant.

Real talk, who do you know who overhauled their entire diet and it actually stuck?

Progress over perfection. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. With little, slow changes. Because it alllllllll adds up 💜🧠

🥬 I see you ordering salads to try to be healthy
🚶‍♀️ I see you walking instead of taking the elevator
👏 I see you scheduling brain breaks into your day
📱 I see you calling a friend to check in (& avoid social isolation)
💤 I see you trying to get 7 hours of sleep

It ALL compounds.

💍 If you want to remember your wedding day vividly, even into your 80s, your choices today matter!

👶 If you want to meet your great grandchildren (and remember them), your choices today matter.

🏠 If you want to stay in your home as you age, your choices today matter.

👯 If you want to have friendships and laugh about the funny things you did 50 years ago, your choices today matter.
