This is a bit of a late post, but I (Natasha) recently took a Beginner's Yoga class at The Zen Den with Melissa and instantly felt comfortable! My class had an awesome vibe to it and even though it had been a good decade since my last Yoga class, I was able to jump right back in! Afterward I felt so relaxed!

I highly recommend checking it out there! Pregnant women are accepted into classes, and if necessary, modifications will be made for you!

I can't wait for my next class there!
