I was so blessed to work with Chelsea and her beautiful family. When I think about instinct and the body doing what it’s meant to do, I think about this day. When I talk to others about advocating for their choices, I remember how she made the best choices for herself.

I’m so thankful that she chose me as her doula and that I was able to help her have the birth she wanted.

When I’m not in doula mode, I’m usually hanging out with my kids. Sometimes I’m planning class parties, other times I’m cheering for my kiddos during sports. Tonight it’s a family movie night. 🥰🥰

How can your partner support you during labor and delivery?

I haven’t met a partner or support person who hasn’t wanted to help during labor and delivery, but many are unsure of how to help!

When you book with me, I work with you before labor to understand breathing techniques, counter pressures, massage and other comfort measures. Partners or support persons are not only invited to these meetings, but they’re encouraged to come.

During labor and delivery, I’m also able to help your support person confident in supporting you as well. 🫶🏻

It’s Small Business Saturday.

When I became a doula I knew that I wanted to help others feel supported during pregnancy, take charge of their labor and deliveries, and thrive during the fourth trimester!

I am so grateful for every single one of my clients and their beautiful babies and for everyone who has helped me get here.

While I’d love to see small business Saturday book me up (I do have some openings!) I’d really love to celebrate so many small business that i truly believe in and think would benefit my clients or anyone who is pregant or postpartum.
