All jokes aside—X-rays and MRIs don’t show how your back responds when it lacks proper support during functional movement.
Train for support, not just strength.

At BUILT we do a full movement assessment to help find the root cause of pain. Call us to see how we can help💪🏼

Bone is living tissue.
When it’s exposed to high mechanical loads — like heavy resistance training — it adapts by increasing bone mineral density (BMD) and improving overall bone strength.

This is why exercise guidelines don’t just recommend cardio.
They recommend strength training at least 2 days per week, targeting major muscle groups — because loading the skeleton is necessary for long-term bone health.

Lifting weights isn’t a hobby.
It’s medicine.

Take control of your health.

BUILT athletes didn’t just ‘go to PT’ in 2025…

…they came back after surgery
…they lifted heavy again
…they trained through fear
…they competed in triathlons
…they stopped waiting for pain to disappear

Whether the goal was to stand up for the first time without pain in months or training for your 10th marathon, we thank you for choosing and trusting BUILT💪🏼

January 1st is the opportunity to hold a meeting with yourself.
It’s a chance to sit down with the architect of your past year
and the architect of the year ahead.

It’s a pause to review what worked, what didn’t,
and what you’re no longer willing to ignore.

This is where change actually starts—
not with motivation, but with decision.

Hold the meeting.
Be honest.
Make the resolutions.

Make some goals so small it’s almost silly not to do them.
Make others so big the end isn’t even in sight yet.

Design the year on purpose.

Dr. Natalie Roe’s 2026 resolutions:
• Drink 100 oz of water daily
• No phone in bed
• Ironman 2026

Don’t miss the meeting.

300. LBS. AT 6AM.🔥

One of our clients, Chrissy, just PR’d her front squat at 300lbs before most people hit snooze👏🏼

Absolute insane energy this morning! Let this be your reminder that progress happens when you show up — even when it’s early🙌🏼 Way to go Chrissy!

Our client Drew bowled a 297 to start off his bowling season!
The best part? NO elbow pain. This is why we do what we do. 🎳💪🏼

If pain is holding you back from your sport, click the link in our bio to set up an evaluation with BUILT✔️

It’s almost 2026.
It’s time to stop thinking about exercise as a hobby.
It’s healthcare.

Adults should aim for:

✔️150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (or 75 minutes of vigorous activity) each week
✔️At least 2 days of strength training

Following these evidence-based guidelines is associated with a reduced risk of many of the most common chronic conditions we see today.

The data is clear.
Take care of yourself.
