No, you DON’T need a separate prenatal class! We believe that - as in real life - women don’t need to be segregated due to their “condition.” Intelligent modifications practiced by conscientious students means a happy coexistence in any class you take. As Bri demonstrates here you can even do Headstand hours before you go into labor!We’re so excited to meet our future Yogi!!!

SEVEN SPACES. That's all that's left for this year's Intro to Yoga class on Mondays at 6pm starting January 13. This 8 week series, Jan 13 - March 3, will introduce you to the foundations of yoga such as placing your feet, engaging your limbs, breathing while you move and doing at least two things at once! Even if you are quite adept at yoga I encourage everyone to take this class at least once.

NO. It doesn’t take a very long search to find examples of poses you just really shouldn’t do or be inspired by.
So how do you know?
Start by taking a qualified Intro Class to learn about alignment and where the foundations are. PLEASE! It doesn’t have to be mine (although it’s quite good) but check a teacher’s qualifications before believing everything they show you.
Try our Intro Class on Mondays at 6pm starting January 13. I promise not to steer you wrong.
