Hello, my dear friends,

The power of your thoughts are real.

They can affect not only your body, but other people in your life and community.

When you have a clear, simple goal, not only can you focus all your energy in one direction, clearing and re-arranging everything in your life to take you there in the best way possible, but the energies of life itself gather to support you in that goal.

So be mindful of what you think and what you wish for.

When you are thinking, you are moving energy.
Energy moves because of a message.

No matter what you see in the world, if this subject did not get a message, it will not have any movement.

Whether it is energy inside and outside the body or our human thoughts and emotions, they are all messages.

And the universe has its own message for us. And it has its own consciousness.

Energy moves with messages, and messages are used in different levels...

The 1st level is the "unsure message".
When you have an unsure message, you have doubts. You are not sure whether this is exactly you want. And your energy in your body, anything around you, or anything you want to do will have no direction, no goal, no purpose, then your energy can easily get confused.

Be sure of yourself and your wants.

Make your purpose clear and specific.

What is the purpose of your practice or meditation?

What do you want to receive from it?

Do you want to heal the pain in your knees? Do you want to heal all your sadness and grief?

Feel deep in your heart, “This is exactly what I want. I am 100% sure from head to toe, and I trust this message is going to work for me”

Whatever it is that you want to accomplish, make sure it is known.

Write it down before you begin, can also be helpful.

Hello, my dear friends,

How we breathe affects our energy intake and flow through the body, and how we breathe will determine how effective we are at utilizing our breath energy for the most effective results.

By slowing down your breathing, you can help yourself to find peace in your heart so you can activate the love energy to help you to heal

Let your breathing guide you to peace and relaxation. Use slow deep breaths to help you relax your body and mind.

Long ago, I had a conversation with a famous baseball player. When the baseball was flying towards him at 50 miles or 70 miles per hour, he was able to slow his breath down. He was even able to see the spinning of the ball. He was able to catch the moment, and take the action. That is so cool! I said, well that is exactly what we are doing in Qigong. You slow your mind down. So even when there’s something speeding towards you, you are able to see it clearly.

No matter what happens, you are so peaceful, just like this swan. You are a beautiful swan, gliding along a crystal clear lake, in perfect peace and harmony with the universe.

Slow your Breathing. Slow your Mind .

Stimulate Energy Points connected to your Eyes, Lungs, Liver, and other organs!

HOW TO: Put a thumb on each temple, curve your fingers, and—as firmly as is comfortable for you—draw the sides of the middle knuckles of your index fingers along your eyebrows from the inside edge to the outside edge.

Next draw the sides of the middle knuckles of your index fingers along the bone under your eyes.

Alternate between massaging your eyebrows and massaging the bone under your eyes in this manner.

Put a smile on your face.

See golden light in the areas you massage and visualize a healing message going into that light, such as "I see perfectly," or "My head feels fine".

There are many energy points in these areas that connect directly to your eyes as well as to your lungs, liver, and many other organs.

Your Life is a World of Relationships

If you are experiencing something in your life that you don’t like, it is so beneficial to acknowledge the experience.

You honor that experience for bringing you to this moment, and in acknowledge this moment, you learn from it and you then realize this moment was brought to you for a very good reason.

When you do accept the experience, you are also affirming to yourself that you have the power to change the experience.

This is a perfect time to honor and let go of any negative messages that we are still holding onto, from our past experiences. If we keep holding onto these stories, we continue manifesting these negative messages into our reality.

If you want happiness and joy, you need to appreciate what you have learned from those experiences – you honor the experiences – learn from them and move on promising yourself to act better, to react better in the future. By doing so you change the energy of those negative stories into something positive helping you to live a better life both now and in the future.

Gratitude is the key that unlocks the doorway to Happiness.

Hello, my dear friends,

A lot of times, when people are trying to heal from trauma, they focus solely on the trauma. They try to dig up the trauma in the past circle of life or in the childhood.

Trying to heal the trauma. I tell you, that is the wrong focus. Or maybe not the right approach. Here I am not saying to not acknowledge the trauma or to pretend that it didn't happen, of course not.

Remember, when it comes to healing, we can heal faster and more completely, when we focus on the good things and good feelings in our life not on the experience or symptoms of trauma. What people are really trying to do, is to heal the Qi pattern, so that your life can go back to normal.

What can make the Qi pattern change and change so dramatically?

Accidents and life traumas. The life traumas are something so big happen so unexpectedly. Your energy patterns, your Qi patterns, and your physical body, everything got traumatized. When that happens, it changes overnight your energy patterns. Your life completely changed. Then your health is in challenge. Your emotion is in challenge. Your belief is in challenge. Everything is in challenge.

The trauma may now be long gone, but It has left behind the vibration of energy, making your life suffer at different levels.

So, what can help to balance this energy and balance this energy faster and more completely?

Now you need to focus on looking for a tool which can help bring back joy, happiness, and your health. That is the thing you need to focus on if you want to live a normal life again, if you want to be happy again, if you want to be pain free again.

Find happiness. Find joy. Find compassion again.

Give the time to yourself. Feel the energy flow inside.
Find beauty in the nature. Find beauty inside you. Find beauty around you.

When you are happy, your liver is happy. Your liver is the ocean of blood. Then your organs are happy. When your organs are happy, the vibration among your organs is in harmony. Healing starts taking place.

Slow down your life. Go back to the nature. Hug the trees. See the flow of the water. Sit by doing nothing, just looking the drifting clouds in the sky. See the moon shining on you. All these things can bring you happiness.

Once happiness comes back, then healing takes place.

In order to heal trauma, you need more happiness. See a bigger picture of your life. Connecting the beauty you see to the universe, to human kind

Choose happiness, my friend.

Hello, my dear friends,

Today, I want to share with you the relationship between stress and breathing, as it relates to Qi.

Stress is the number one cause of qi blockages in the body.

When you feel stress, your oxygen intake is less, and that can weaken your Qi in all the energy systems and all parts of your body.

Especially if you work at a desk all day long, you have very little movements in your stomach, which can increase the feelings of stress.

A lot of people experience that.

When we feel stressed it is because certain areas of our body don’t have enough oxygen, so when you do you Qigong exercise and meditations, focus on your breathing and you will take in more oxygen and the Qi flow in the “stressed out” areas will begin to open up energy channels for you.

This is the unique thing about Qigong.

Repeated slow, gentle movements and focused breathing can help activate the vitality, the intelligence of Qi within you, all leading to a reduced stress.

Hello my dear friends,

My students often ask me about the dantians.

What is the ‘Dantian’? And why is important when practicing Qigong Meditations and Movements?

Dan= Energy Pill
Tian= Field or Center
Dan + Tian = Energy Center use to cultivate energy in a repetitive way to form a pill of energy to sustain your life or in other words a “Sea of Qi”

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches us there are three major energy centers in the body: the Lower Dantian, Middle Dantian, and Upper Dantian.

The Lower Dantian is the Foundation of the body, the life- force energy center or kidney energy. The Lower Dantian, sits deep behind the navel, almost in the middle of the torso (this varies depending on the size of the body);

The Middle Dantian; the Manufacturer is located in the bottom of the heart area directly in the bottom/middle your chest; and customizes Qi for specific uses in the body.

The Upper Dantian is found in the pineal gland or third eye position, which is a couple of inches behind a spot located about one inch above your eyebrows in the middle of your forehead also known as the pineal gland. This energy center Develops your Spiritual Power, it is your intuition, your connection to the Divine.

The basic functions of the Dantian’s is this: the life force, or kidney energy, stays in the Lower Dantian; the healing and love energy stays in the Middle Dantian; and the psychic energy and supernatural power stays in the Upper Dantian.

When practicing Qigong Meditation... you focus on your breathing, and visualize the Universal light coming in through your skin, to all parts of your body, and you feel this deep connection you have with the Universe.

Most of the energy we need to have a healthy body, mind, and spirit comes through our breathing.

When you inhale, visualize the energy coming in through your skin, running through all the cells in your body, and collecting in your lower dantian.

When you exhale, you visualize all the energy you don’t need. Just say in your mind...
“all the energy I don’t need in my body is changing into smoke, shooting out from every part of my body to the ends of the Universe.”


You can visualize your body just like a star shining, shooting out the energy, radiating the heat out. That’s the way you can imagine.

You can visualize sending that light out through your skin. And you feel that moment. You feel this deep connection to everything around you, and to the entire Universe.

When you visualize that you are standing behind yourself, you are better able to step away from your attachments between the physical body and the spirit.

This training is to help you to step away from your body through your visualization.

You come to a pure consciousness.

You come to a creator level to watch what you are doing.

Gradually you can see a much bigger picture of yourself living on this planet. And your Qi can flow much better.

When your life is in need, the right information from the universe can easily get through you to guide you in the right direction.

Hello, my dear friends,

Winter is a wonderfully beneficial time for focusing on opening your heart more fully to develop a higher spiritual energy.

This is the perfect time to review and evaluate this last year.

Review and evaluate the things that went well for you and the things that you did not accomplish or did not go as you had planned.

Review and evaluate them, say thank you to all these experiences for bringing you to where you are now, and then let them all go.

Release them. Then set up a new plan for yourself for this new year

In your meditation, let go of worries, let go of fears, let go of pain and suffering. Be joyful. Some people during meditation have trouble “letting go” of their thoughts and they even make it harder for themselves by trying to concentrate harder instead of relaxing more deeply and just letting go.

"Let go of fears, let go of worries, so you can help yourself to go even deeper into your heart to discover the power within."

Any worries, aches or pains can be transformed into beautiful butterflies.

Hello, my dear friends,

Do you sometimes catch yourself in a negative self-thought or belief?

This is so wonderful, because the first step to changing your thoughts to more positive thoughts is AWARENESS.

Learning to align your thinking with positive and healing thoughts can be life-changing!

Our minds are always focused on something, good or bad. So, how do we bring this constant stream of thoughts to a halt?

That is the beauty of Chanting.
Chanting gives you something to focus on while you’re meditating, which is similar to your thoughts coming to a halt.

When you use chanting during meditation, your brain directs its focus to the chant. Then, there is no more space for unconscious thoughts or negative self-beliefs to sneak into your body, mind, or spirit. It is just that simple.

When you BECOME AWARE of what you are hearing in that moment, you begin to collect the energy inside of you by bring the energy back to your body.

Once you bring the energy back to your body, by noticing what you are hearing, you then begin the FEEL what you are hearing.

When this happens, you begin to put the conscious and subconscious mind together; this combination is what Buddha and the Taoist call- the Heart. When you put together the conscious and subconscious mind you activate 100% of the energy inside you to help with anything that you’re doing at that moment. When you FEEL what you are hearing in this moment, the serenity comes to your heart and to your body.

Then, once you feel the sounds going on all around you, you then begin to notice that they all have a vibration, a frequency. They all have a light. In this light frequency you break through the material form of life and get into the transformation, into spirituality, you understand the connection between you and the Divine.

The most important thing to remember when chanting is about your feeling, about your heart. Do you really love it? Do you really connect yourself with sound?
