Integrity Medical Center is an independent Family/Internal Medicine Practice that treats common medical conditions in addition to proven comprehensive weight loss program. Our weight loss program starts with a full wellness exam including; family and medical history, blood tests, medication history, and current lifestyle habits with the ultimate goal of determining where your extra weight is coming from, how to prevent it, and how to safely lose it. We accomplish this with bi-weekly visits where we work closely together to monitor your progress and provide real-time adjustments in order to achieve your weight loss goal.
