You do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to be “doing worse” before asking for support.
You do not have to carry everything alone because you’re the strong one.

Sometimes surviving a hard season looks like getting out of bed, answering one text, taking a shower, or simply making it through the day.

Small steps still count. Quiet healing still counts. You still count.

Take a second and check in with yourself today:
“What do I need right now?”

Be gentle with the answer.

We couldn’t let this week pass without recognizing Jess!

She does the kind of work that takes a lot of heart, and she still shows up grounded, thoughtful, and real every single day. She listens without rushing, remembers what matters, and makes even the hardest conversations feel a little less heavy.

Jess makes people feel comfortable, respected, and understood, and that’s not something you can teach.

We’re really lucky she’s part of this team. What she brings every day matters more than we can fully put into a post.

May is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month, a gentle reminder that behind every mother is a human being who deserves care, understanding, and support. It’s a time to open our hearts to the real, often unspoken emotions that can come with pregnancy and motherhood, the highs, the lows, and everything in between. By sharing stories, checking in on one another, and offering compassion without judgment, we help remind mothers that they are not alone, and that their well being matters just as much as the love they give every day.

Emotional Spring Cleaning

Spring isn’t just for clearing out closets. It’s a great time to check in with your mental and emotional space, too.

What are you holding onto that no longer serves you? Old worries, negative self-talk, past hurts, or unrealistic expectations? Just like physical clutter, emotional clutter can weigh us down.

This week, try a gentle reset:
- Let go of one negative thought pattern
- Set one small boundary
- Make space for something that brings you peace
