ES Dunnie Darko aka "Darko" left for training under saddle with Karianna Oury Saturday evening. He loaded right into a two horse trailer beside a 17+ hand Clydesdale mare not having trailered since he arrived here 2 years ago with Syneva Blatchford. To me, that speaks volumes about the base of training and groundwork Syn put into him BEFORE I ever started working with him. I'm not sure he has ever been with a mare other than his dam, but he walked right into the trailer and stood with just the butt chain on while we marveled at the size difference 😳😲 He had a day to acclimate in his new surroundings, then right to work Monday morning. He was due for a trim by the farrier today so fortunately Karianna and I are on similar schedules and she was able to get her farrier to trim him while taking a little break on his first day under saddle. She says he was a superstar 🤩. I am so proud of this sensitive boy!!!! He is so smart, and we connected on a soul level immediately when he stepped in for the trailer. This guy is a dream horse 😍

Here's a little sneak peak at some of the fun things that will be offered at our farm stand! When veggies and fruit are available we will have those too, but in early Spring there will still be plenty of fun things to shop for! Share with your friends!
