If you're planning on attending this class tonight, please be sure to pre-register via the Mindbody app or at www.onevalpo.com/class-schedule/ so we can make this sorely needed container of support happen!

Any class with less than 3 pre-registered attendees may be postponed up to 2 hours prior to the class start time to protect the energetic investment of our teachers (and so no student feels that familiar awkwardness of being the only one to show up for a class.) If a class is postponed, it will show on our schedule and any pre-registered attendees will be notified.
