When life feels uncertain, our bodies often carry the weight of that stress, tightening, bracing, and staying “on alert.” This somatic-based class offers a space to pause, breathe, and gently release what your body has been holding.

Together, we’ll learn how stress shows up in the body and practice simple, grounding techniques to help you return to a sense of calm and safety, even when circumstances feel out of your control.

Through breathing practices and mindfulness-based somatic exercises, you’ll leave feeling more connected, supported, and steady from the inside out.

This class is about reminding your nervous system: You’re safe in this moment. You can soften. You can breathe again. A little nervous system reset.

Dr. Greenan is a Coast Guard veteran, Acupuncture Physician, and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner whose personal journey with Crohn’s disease led her to this healing path. She blends ancient wisdom with modern science to create deeply personalized care plans rooted in you—not just your symptoms. 🧠💛

She’s also an athlete, CrossFitter, mama, and beach explorer. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her rucking a trail, lifting heavy, or soaking up the Emerald Coast sunshine. ☀️🐾
