Before stepping into functional medicine and integrative nutrition, I worked as a
firefighter-paramedic. On the front lines, I began to see the same thing, over and
over again: Chronic illness treated in moments of crisis but rarely addressed at the
root. It became clear that while we are excellent at acute care, we fall short in managing
chronic conditions. We can name the diagnosis, but we often

fail to ask why it’s
happening in the first place. I wanted to do more than stabilize people. I wanted to
help prevent disease and support real healing. That mission became personal. I’ve navigated hormone dysfunction, estrogen dominance from birth control, low
ovarian function, and adenomyosis. I’ve dealt with extreme acne, digestive discomfort,
anxiety, and total burnout. Like many women, I was offered prescriptions or dismissal
rather than answers. I knew something deeper was being missed. Functional medicine and integrative nutrition finally connected the dots. I learned
how intertwined our hormones, digestion, immune system, and mental health truly
are and how powerfully the nervous system influences them all. Many of us are living
in constant fight-or-flight, carrying far more stress than our bodies were designed to
handle. That overload is a major driver of modern disease. I don’t believe in fear-based care or extreme restriction. I believe in helping you
understand your body, reconnect with it, and trust it again. This work is about moving out of survival mode and back into life. Feeling clear,
energized, and present. Not just managing symptoms, but truly living

We read between the lines. Fill in the gaps. Look at the ENTIRE picture. We’re talking from birth until now and seeing what we can better support and get to the true bottom of what is going on.

Don’t get me wrong. All types of medicine and support practices have their place and can be beneficial. But if you’re just looking for something different, functional medicine may just be what you need.

Welcome to Elara Functional Health! ☀️

As we transition from Stewart Chiropractic & Wellness, we’d like to give you more updates on what to expect.

Dr. Nicole will now be inside The Wellness Hive (formerly Stewart Chiropractic). As we turn our focus onto becoming a holistic healing center, her specific services will now be listed under Elara Functional Health.

Services include:
•Functional Medicine
•Acupuncture
•Integrative Wellness (tonal/SOT sessions + acupuncture)
•Wellness Retreats!

What about the standard chiropractic adjustments you say?!?
We have the AMAZING Dr. Baihly Kranz! 🎉 She will be assisting with the transition by caring for those that receive traditional diversified, Thompson drop, and Webster/pregnancy care. She is also phenomenal when it comes to treating kids!!

Many have asked why the transition?! And we don’t blame you!

Dr. Nicole has been focusing her attention more and more on the areas of nutrition and functional medicine. After 20+ years in healthcare and seeing how as a society we’ve just gotten sicker and sicker, she wanted to provide more support for those dealing with chronic issues. Especially for conditions where other providers just weren’t quite getting to the bottom of it.

Her main focus includes:
•Weight loss
•Hormone balancing
•Inflammation + Gut Repair
•Stress Management + Adrenal Reset

💻 Telehealth visits for these services will also be available!!

With that being said, we still know how important other services like chiropractic, acupuncture and massage can be when it comes to full system healing. Which is why we’re so happy to have Dr. Baihly stepping in. It’s a great way to make a smooth transition in your care, and not miss a beat with your wellness journey. 💛

The news is out! We are transitioning to The Wellness Hive + Elara Functional Medicine starting April 1st!

If you are a practice member you will have received an email from us with the updates and additional information. (Be sure to check your spam folder or reach out if you still don’t see it).

For this transition, we will be closed again today Tuesday March 29th in preparation.

Dr. Nicole will be in tomorrow and Thursday (April 1st and 2nd). Dr. Baihly will be joining us Monday April 6th and will be available for patient appointments!

Something exciting is happening here, and we couldn’t wait any longer to share it! 🐝✨

After starting this practice 8 years ago as Stewart Chiropractic & Wellness, we are stepping into something bigger and better. Something that truly reflects what holistic wellness can look like in this community.

We are becoming The Wellness Hive - a collaborative, multi-disciplinary space where exceptional practitioners come together under one roof to support your health from every angle. This is an intentional wellness community.

I will also be expanding my focus into Functional Medicine services through my telehealth platform: Elara Functional Health ☀️

Over the coming weeks I will be sharing more about what that means for all the additional services that will be available to our community!!

What is not changing is the heart of why this place exists - YOU!

That’s right! We can now help you not only through natural supplements, herbals, and homeopathics, but we can now also provide an extra layer of support where needed with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

We always put holistic and natural solutions at the top of our list. But we’ve also seen a lot of cases post surgically, trauma and cancer to know that sometimes you just need that extra boost. That’s why we are now so excited to have this available.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Baihly Kranz, DC!! She will be here for patients starting in April 👏🏼 🎉

We absolutely love her and know you will too!

A bit about Dr. Baihly:
She is a a family-centered chiropractor who is passionate about helping individuals and families thrive through neurologically focused chiropractic care.

She has a special heart for caring for pregnant mothers and children and is trained in the Webster Technique. Her approach for infants and children is gentle, specific, and tailored to their developing bodies.

Dr. Baihly also works with men, women, athletes, and families seeking proactive, wellness-based chiropractic care. Her goal is not just symptom relief, but helping patients feel balanced, aligned, and empowered in their health journey.

Techniques she uses include:
