Since 2012, I’ve worked with clients in person in Dearborn and teleheath anywhere in MI, focused in CBT, DBT, & Sol Foc therapies, working with concerns or traumas within Individuals, Families, and Couples. In Touch Counseling Services was founded in the belief that no one should ever feel out of reach from the help they desire and need. So many of us are running around to manage the necessities o

f life and fulfill the needs of others that it feels impossible at times to take the steps we know are important to bring ourselves to a place of peace. It is only when we are fully at peace that we can build the betterment of our own lives, as well as impact people and world around us in a positive and lasting manner. With this kind of lifestyle, we find ourselves saying, “Yes, having someone to turn to that could help me work through my fears, anxieties, personal or profession stresses, depressions, and/or lack of coping skills would be amazing, but who has the time?” I understand these time constraints better than most, which is why In Touch Counseling was created. In order for this to be successful, just like in any counseling session, total honesty, mutual respect, and confidentiality is essential. Through Zoom, we are able to face-to-face conference with the option to incorporate group sessions when necessary.
