Van Buren Health & Rehabilitation We are a 140 bed nursing facility, licensed by the State of Arkansas to operate as a skilled nursing facility.

We employ over 100 qualified staff members to help meet the needs of our residents. We are certified to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services by the federal agency, CMS.

🎄✨ Our Angel Tree is officially up! ✨🎄

It’s that magical time of year again, and we’re excited to share that our Angel Tree is now ready for anyone who would like to bless an angel this Christmas. Each tag represents someone in our facility who could use a little extra love and joy this season.

If you feel called to give, simply stop by, choose an angel, and please sign your name next to the resident you pick so we can keep track and make sure every angel is cared for. ❤️

We kindly ask that all gifts be returned to our Activities Department no later than December 19th, so we have time to wrap and deliver them with care.

Thank you for helping us spread warmth, kindness, and Christmas cheer. Together, we make the season truly special. ✨🎁💛

🍁 Family Thanksgiving Dinner 🧡
It was truly heart-warming seeing our residents surrounded by their loved ones, sharing laughs, memories, and a delicious Thanksgiving meal, filled our hearts with so much joy. The smiles on their faces said it all — this is what family and community are all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to make this evening so special, and an extra big thank you to our amazing Dietary team for preparing such a wonderful meal. We are so grateful for everything you do! 🦃✨

Today we proudly honor the brave men and women who have served our country. We are so grateful to our veteran residents and staff for their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedom.
