We are a 140 bed nursing facility, licensed by the State of Arkansas to operate as a skilled nursing facility.

We employ over 100 qualified staff members to help meet the needs of our residents. We are certified to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services by the federal agency, CMS.

It was a truly heartwarming time as we came together to honor and remember the loved ones we’ve lost this past year. Through the gentle glow of candle lighting 🕯️✨ and the comfort of live music 🎶, we shared memories, love, and reflection. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating lives that will forever remain in our hearts 🤍💫

Our Family Christmas Party was truly a beautiful day to remember. ❤️ Seeing our residents surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and holiday cheer warmed our hearts more than words can say. The smiles, hugs, and joy shared throughout the room reminded us what this season is all about—love, togetherness, and making memories.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing community, everyone who picked an angel, and Project Compassion for their generosity and kindness. Your support helped make this Christmas extra special for our residents, and we are so grateful for each of you. 🎄✨ Moments like these truly mean everything to us.

Whoville Wednesday was in full swing today! 💚🎄 Our staff showed up dressed like Whos straight out of Whoville—bright colors, big smiles, and tons of holiday cheer. But beware… the Grinch may have been lurking around trying to steal the fun! 😈✨ We loved seeing everyone join in and spread the Christmas spirit today!
