Van Buren Health & Rehabilitation We are a 140 bed nursing facility, licensed by the State of Arkansas to operate as a skilled nursing facility.

We employ over 100 qualified staff members to help meet the needs of our residents. We are certified to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services by the federal agency, CMS.

Now our amazing staff can grab quality food, tasty snacks, and refreshing drinks without ever leaving the building. It’s our own little mini mart made just for the hardworking hearts behind the care. 💚

Today our residents enjoyed a delicious outing to La Huerta! 🌮🌯 There’s nothing better than good food, lots of laughter, and time spent together outside our walls. From chips and salsa to sweet smiles around the table, it was a wonderful afternoon full of fellowship and fun. We are so thankful for opportunities like this that create special memories for our residents! 💚

A heartfelt thank you to John, the Chaplain from Heart of Hospice, Leann from Access, and Candace from Home Helpers. We truly appreciate you taking the time to be part of such a meaningful evening for our residents.
