We blinked and this happened 👇🏼

Words of appreciation are hard to find. As a new mental health practice in this community (Est. 2023), we are deeply honored to receive this award. Awards are not why we do what we do, but it hopefully means that we are being recognized for helping people and that IS what we are about. Our mission was to serve our community to the best of our ability with some of the best professionals we could gather, amongst the many other incredible practices in the area.

Turns out we were awarded the GOLD award 🥇 for Mental Health Services at ! We don’t know who nominated us, but are very appreciative of the votes of support 🥂

October 10, 2025 is World Mental Health Day.

Did you know? 1 BILLION people worldwide are living with mental health disorders; while the global governments are spending only “about 2%” on health budgets…since 2017.

The good news? There are still good people and providers out there working to reduce depression (from 20% down to 15%), and suicidal thoughts in adolescents. Unfortunately this isn’t enough. The trend for adults has increased (from 8% to 13%).

Our work is not finished. And we are not stopping. Our team of therapists are constantly training and learning new, effective, and evidenced based practices to ensure your mental health is being cared for. We will guarantee you will receive a call or message back within 24-48 business hours.
