It’s coming. The Annual Chili Cook-Off at the Carter County Nutrition Center. Join us this coming Friday. Enter your best Chili and you may win one of these awesome trophys. You will have bragging rights and proof of having Award Winning Chili. Just $20 entry fee and your Chili.

Judging is at 6. After, everybody is invited to join us for Chili, hot dogs, chips, desserts and beverages. Just $8 per person. Come join in the fun.

Happy Friday. Celebrate with a nice fish lunch here at the Nutrition Center. 11-1. Only $7 if you are 60 and older. $10 for the young uns. We have baked and fried fish.

At 10, join in the fun with some light exercises. It’s free. You can’t beat the price.

Saturday is our Food Distribution day. It starts at 8 am until 10 or we run out. Be sure to have your vehicle cleaned out with room for the food.

NEXT Friday is our Chili CookOff. $20 entry fee. A chance to win a trophy and bragging rights for a year. If you aren’t entering, still come by. We will be serving chili, hot dogs and chips plus a beverage and dessert for just $8.

Welcome to an awesome Friday. Not only is the weather great, but it’s Fish Friday. You can see our fish are warming up with a little exercise at 10. Don’t worry. They will be Fried/Baked for your eating pleasure by 11. Come join us. Seniors over 60 eat for just $7. Under 60 is just $10. We also have a wide variety of Grill items.

Plus, besides great food…. Around Noon, we will draw for a gift certificate from Van Buren Tire. They donated a free oil change and tire rotation. That is a $80 value.

Happy Monday. Today, we are serving sloppy joes with tater tots. Just $7 if you are 60 and up. $10 if you are younger. We will be drawing this friday for an oil change and tire rotation courtesy of Van Buren Tire. So be sure to come in this week and enjoy lunch and a chance to win.

9-11. The ladies from AARP are doing taxes for free. They are offering this service every Monday in February and March.

10-11 We have our free exercise classes today. These are offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Join them and get some good stretches to help stay limber.

Don’t forget. This Sunday is our Second Sunday fundraiser. $10 gets you out of cooking and cleaning, plus you get a great lunch of chicken, meatloaf, veggies, salad bar, dessert and beverage.
