Recently, in activities we have been challenged to work long division math problems and spelling tests. Nothing more fun than an old fashioned Spelling Bee! It is amazing how quickly you can remember an old skill you haven’t practiced in years. We have all had fun laughing at ourselves. We may not do very good at first, but then we get the hang of it. Go ahead, try it. Divide 73690 by 37.

What a wonderful Bean Bag Baseball game we played against Hope’s Creek Cardinals! Not only did our “cheerleaders” cheer our home team on, they cheered for our opponent also. We always have such a good time when they come to Legacy Heights. Our “Legacy Legends” won the game. Congratulations!

We received a call today from a wholesale florist that wanted to donate fresh flowers to our facility. We picked them up and then had our residents take a bouquet home with them. They had so much fun, choosing among so many gorgeous flowers. Thank you for your generous donation.

Today our Memory Lane and Legacy Heights residents got a good work out doing the “Drums Alive” program. Crystal is a great leader. It’s awesome when you can get a good workout and have fun at the same time.
