As we welcome 2026, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important details. All patients are required to present their ID cards at each visit. For patients with a deductible, a payment of $50 will be collected at the time of service towards the deductible until it is met for the new year. This payment is in addition to your regular monthly payment plan, not in place of it. We value our patients and strive to offer flexible payment plans, but we require timely deductible and monthly payments to continue working together. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to a successful 2026.

Our practice is currently accepting new patients across all age groups. We accept Tricare and most commercial insurance plans, with certain limitations. We accept: AR Medicaid for patients aged 0-17, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage for individuals aged 65 and above. Medications will be reviewed.
