ECS or the Endo-Cannabinoid System (or, as I like to call it, The Global Protection System). Isn’t she a beauty?

In healthy bodies, the ECS activates in response to injury and cellular stress. The ECS interacts with nearly every cell of our bodies.

We NEED a healthy & responsive Endocannabinoid system to mitigate all injuries, regulate our "tend & befriend" system and to evolve as a human.

As a global community, we NEED to engage this system more.

Understanding how our own internal cannabis system works helps us to better understand how cannabis supports us and helps to bring about healing.

It’s almost “go time” for growing!!! 🌱Yay! All the gardeners are doing their happy dance, and I’ve been working on something to set legal cannabis growers up for success.

You might be thinking…
“There are so many seed choices! Where do I begin?”
