Your hips and pelvic floor work together during labor. Try these exercises to ready yourself:
⭐️Hip 90/90s
⭐️Deep supported squat
⭐️Adductor Rockbacks.

Focus on slow movement and breathing, allowing your pelvic floor to elongate and relax.

Upper back + neck feeling stiff, achy, or “stuck”?

Try these 3 mobility moves to loosen things up

✨ 1. Cat-Cow (8–10 reps)
Move slowly between rounding and arching your spine. Focus on breathing and segmenting through your upper back, not just your low back
✨ 2. Open Books (6–8/side)
Rotate through your upper back while keeping hips stacked. Think “chest opens to the ceiling,” not just swinging your arm
✨ 3. Thread the Needle (6–8/side)
Reach under and rotate, then open back up

🚨 Pro tip: If your neck feels tight, it’s often your upper back that needs the love
