Position Overview
Prepare accurate cost estimates for property preservation, maintenance, and repair projects
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
Support project planning through detailed and organized estimating
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for property preservation and maintenance work
Review work orders, photos, and reports to determine project scope and pricing
Analyze property conditions and recommend necessary services
Coordinate with internal teams to clarify scope, pricing, and timelines
Ensure all estimates meet client requirements and company guidelines
Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications
Experience in estimation, property preservation, or construction-related work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of industry pricing, materials, and labor costs
Ability to interpret work orders, photos, and field reports
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Skills
Experience with property preservation or vendor management platforms
Familiarity with HUD, REO, or property maintenance processes
Background in construction, inspections, or maintenance
