My goal when I opened my practice almost 5 years ago was to merge modern medicine with holistic medicine treating the mind, body and soul. It has been five years in the making and still evolving. I have further visions for some other services that I will be bringing to the office.
At times I have not been great about advertising some things we have brought to our practice and what we offer, especially the last six months due to personal reasons with dealing with family health issues. Now that those are resolving, I am moving forward and onward with my vision .
Below are the services that we offer.
And stay tuned as we approach our five year anniversary next month we will be running specials on some of our holistic treatments and products.

1. Family practice treating acute and chronic illnesses , DOT physicals ,  diabetic education to name a few services.

2. We offer various aesthetic treatments, such as Botox, lip filler, PCDC(which is a fat burner, especially good at getting rid of double chins), glow pen/PDO Threads.

Complementing our aesthetic treatments we also have an aesthetician, Morgan Warnecke of MOCO studio. Morgan offers a wide range of facials , specializing in an acne care , tattoo of eyebrows and lips to name a few services.

3. We offer IV therapy for hydration and wellness.

4. We offer many supplements as well as carry earthly products for those that prefer a more holistic approach. 

5. We now have a massage therapist in house that can offer quick access & treatment of your muscle pain to ensure quicker healing.

6. We also offer multiple weight loss options.

Hometown Family Practice is excited to bring another service to our office. Starting the week of September 8th we will be offering massage therapy. Our massage therapist offers various types of massages: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, PTSD/Trauma, Sports, Prenatal and Reflexology massages. Cupping and Hot stone will also be offered.

IV wellness bar soft opening Wednesday July 2nd. Located right next to Hometown family practice in the old chic market location.
We will have IV therapy for weight loss, hydration, hangover, Myers cocktail, energy, boost, and immunity. For limited time, we are also having our snow bright Ivy infusion, which helps brighten and rejuvenate the skin.
We also have burn bundle injections to help facilitate fat burning energy production also known as MICC.
Vitamin D injections for those people that are low and vitamin D that need to have a boost in their levels quickly that oral medication’s does not work for. 

Added new is our new weight management kit . This is for people that are not able to take the GLP one injections or that they have not worked for them.
