Take Deb’s advice to be grateful and keep moving! 🏃‍♀️

Last week in Modena, Italy, I had the blessing of running the Ferrari half marathon with my oldest son. What a gift. ❤️

There was a time in life when I might have focused on pace, finish time, or how hard it felt. But at this stage, it is so much more about gratitude.

Gratitude for healthy legs that still move.
Gratitude for a strong heart and lungs.
Gratitude for the beauty of a new place.
Gratitude for time with family.
And gratitude that taking care of our health really does allow us to enjoy life more fully. I can’t take it for granted.

Crossing that finish line together in Italy is a memory I will treasure forever. It reminded me that health is not just about living longer… it is about living better, loving life, and being able to say yes to experiences like this.

Never stop moving. Never stop making memories. And never, ever take your health for granted.
